Tokyo Tembo Desk
It is a guided walk along the Top Deck of the Tokyo Tower. In it you live the feeling of floating over the city when you walk through its transparent floor. It is created under the concepts of the “Future of the Observatory”. and the “Future of Tokyo.
The ticket must be purchased in advance, to ensure you are able to access the tour at your desired time. At the moment of entering each visitor is given an audio guide in 13 languages and a landscape guide. There are drinks services, a postcard and in general, a warm welcome from all the staff.
The elevator is a translucent glass car, through which you can see ancient and modern Tokyo as you ascend, until you reach the Upper Platform. The atmosphere and LED lighting, transmits a modern and futuristic feeling.

TOP DECK TOUR Tips
- At the time mentioned in the reservation, go to the base of the tower and locate the lane that leads to the Top deck Platform, show your QR code to the manager and take the elevator. If you arrive late, you will not be able to participate in the tour and the amount will not be refunded.
- On the Main deck (150 meters height), you can enjoy the views and take a tour taking into consideration the indicated time you must board the elevator that will take you to the entrance of the Upper Platform) on the 2nd floor Main Platform. Here you will re-present the QR code.
- A welcome reception is provided and the tour begins as such. Adults and schoolchildren are given an audio guide in 13 languages.
- It is a requirement to participate in this tour to access the top deck Platform.
- On the website you can only book up to 10 tickets to participate in the tour.
- The cost of the tour includes the entrance to the Upper Platform, the Main Platform and the attached services.
- The postcard gift is limited to 1 card per group.
- You cannot use your ticket to the Main deck platform to access the Top deck Platform.
- For the reservation of the tour, it is required to use a credit card: VISA, Master, o AMEX.
- People who travel in wheelchairs, interested in participating, should know that, due to the construction characteristics of the tower, the elevators are small, so they cannot climb several chairs at the same time. In addition, we inform you that only chairs that do not exceed 700 mm x 1200 mm in size are allowed, so that they can move properly through the corridors. It is requested that it is necessary for a caregiver or assistant to accompany them.
- Due to weather conditions, such as strong winds or heavy snowfall, as well as for maintenance reasons, the tour to the TOP DECK Platform may be cancelled. In those cases the amount of the ticket will be refunded.
- If you are unable to attend the tour for your own reasons, you can cancel tickets until 23:59 3 days before the date of booking. 1000 yen will be charged for each purchase, even if you purchase a new ticket after cancellation. The cancellation fee is not refunded. If you want to cancel after 23:59 hours of the 3 days prior to the reservation, the amount of the ticket will not be refunded.

Tokyo Tower is located in the center of the city, so getting to it is no problem. There are buses and metro lines that you can select depending on where you are.

Depending on the disability, you can visit either Tembo Deck or both Tembo Seck & Gallery. Wheelchairs are accepted only on the lower Tembo Deck.
