HEIGHT

This stunning neo-futuristic structure transitions from a triangular base to a circular design, soaring to an impressive height of 634 meters (2,080 feet), making it Japan’s tallest structure.

The height, 634, is symbolic—when pronounced in Japanese, it reads as “MUSASHI,” paying homage to the historic Musashi Province, where Tokyo was once located.

TWO DECKS

TOKYO SKYTREE features two main observation areas: the Tembo Deck at 350 meters (1,148 feet) and the Tembo Galleria at 450 meters (1,476 feet). Each spans three floors, offering unique experiences and breathtaking views.

At the very top of the Galleria lies “The Sorakara Point,” the highest accessible spot in the tower at 451.2 meters (1,480 feet).

TEMBO ELEVATOR (SHUTTLE)

Your TOKYO SKYTREE adventure begins in the Tembo Shuttle.

This high-speed elevator takes you to the Tembo Deck in under a minute, climbing 350 meters at 600 meters per minute.

The ride isn’t just fast—it’s magical. Seasonal decorations inspired by spring, summer, fall, and winter make the journey a visual treat.

Dynamic visuals on the ceiling and doors track your ascent to 350 meters, adding to the excitement.

Get your camera ready as soon as the doors close—this is an experience you won’t want to miss!

TEMBO DECK 350m

The Tokyo SKYTREE Tembo Deck (located on the 350th, 345th, and 340th floors) is the lower observation deck of the two available. Visitors can enjoy stunning views of Tokyo through its glass floors and explore its variety of restaurants, cafés, souvenir shops, and a commemorative photo corner.

Additional facilities include a currency exchange desk, ticket counter, mobile battery rental service, and luggage lockers. The Tembo Deck is fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly, making it the highest point accessible by wheelchair.

Be sure to reserve your tickets up to 30 days in advance, but no later than 11:59 PM the day before your visit.

TEMBO GALLERY 450m

The Tembo Gallery, located on the 445th and 450th floors, is the Tokyo SKYTREE’s upper observation deck and the highest point accessible to visitors. A spiral walkway leads you to Sorakara Point at an incredible 451.2 meters above the city, where various events are hosted.

The SKYTREE Archives feature videos and images documenting the evolution of Tokyo’s landscapes, people, and culture over the years. This visual timeline highlights the city’s major transformations while a high-definition digital telescope provides breathtaking views of present-day Tokyo.
